How we use AI
We believe in being open about the tools we use. Here is how artificial intelligence fits into our work, and the limits we hold ourselves to.

The short version
We use some AI-assisted tools to help us run our agency and communicate well. People always stay in charge. AI does not make care decisions, and we never put protected health information into public AI tools. We do not sell your information.
Where we use AI
- Drafting and improving website content and general communications.
- Everyday administrative tasks that help us respond to you faster.
- Organizing information so our team can focus more time on care.
Human oversight
A qualified person reviews AI-assisted work before it is used. Decisions about your loved one’s care are made by people, in partnership with your family and your medical providers, not by automated systems.
Protecting your privacy
We do not enter protected health information or sensitive personal details into public or consumer AI tools. Where we use vendors that process information on our behalf, they are bound by agreements to protect it, including Business Associate Agreements when required by HIPAA.
Accuracy
AI tools can make mistakes. If you ever see something that seems inaccurate, please tell us and we will correct it promptly.
